Lead Pastors

Pastors Brandon & Melodi Hawley

Brandon & Melodi Hawley are the Lead Pastors of I Heart Church. They met at a small Bible college in Louisiana and spent many years there serving a local church. Early in their years of ministry, Brandon felt God calling them to establish a vibrant, life-giving church in West Virginia (Brandon’s hometown). However, it wasn’t the time. They continued to faithfully serve their church in Louisiana before being sent out by their pastor to plant I Heart Church. They took a step of faith and relocated over 900 miles with their kids in tow and a jar full of coins to get them started. I Heart Church launched in August of 2012 and God has been doing amazing things through the church and in the community ever since.

Brandon & Melodi are both passionate about reaching people for Jesus and investing in the next generation. Brandon has a heart for teaching, outreach, equipping leaders, and making disciples. Melodi is a worship leader, speaker, author, and the Creative and Women’s Pastor of I Heart. She has a passion for teaching God’s Word and helping others know Jesus through creativity. They believe there is a hunger for Jesus here and are committed to the revival of original Christianity in West Virginia and beyond.
