It is your responsibility to ensure correct information (dates, times, phone numbers, etc.) as well as correct spelling of the event (including but not limited to: names of people involved, event location, etc. ) Missing or incorrect information and/or spelling will cause an interruption in processing and may result in denial or delays to your request. Failure to have facilities pre-approved may also cause denial or delays to the processing of your request. All requests are due at least 2 weeks in advance and are due on Tuesdays at 12:00 pm. Notifications of approval or denial will be sent out via email on Thursdays.
